Robert A. Waller, Jr.
Born in Rhode Island, Robert’s family moved to San Diego in December 1969. A life-long San Diegan since, Robert graduated from San Diego State University (SDSU) in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration. Robert attended law school at the San Diego campus of Western State University (now Thomas Jefferson School of Law) graduating in 1993.
Danielle Rini
Danielle Rini is an associate attorney at Centurion Trial Attorneys. Ms. Rini graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a major in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. After completing research during her undergrad on felon jury rights, she decided to pursue law. During law school, Ms. Rini was a member of the Public Interest Law Foundation. There, Ms. Rini gained extensive experience in civil litigation and business law, with an emphasis on the emerging area of Marijuana Law. Ms. Rini graduated Cum Lade from California Western School of Law.
Emily Horrigan
Emily is an associate attorney at Centurion Trial Attorneys, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work. She started out as a law clerk at Centurion the summer after her first year of law school at California Western School of Law and moved up to an associate attorney after graduating and passing the California bar exam. Her interest in employment law began during her undergraduate years at the University of Mississippi, where she pursued a major in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources.
Brook Hayes
Brook Hayes is the Senior Paralegal for Centurion Trial Attorneys, APC. Ms. Hayes attended Fresno State where she pursued a major in History (Ancient Civilizations) and a minor in Classics with the intention of pursuing a vocation in higher academia. An unexpected event led her instead to a career as a Paralegal, earning first a Certificate in Litigation and then a Certificate in Tort Litigation from the Attorney Assistance Training Program (now known as The Paralegal Program) sponsored by the UCLA School of Law.
Trish Bentley
Patricia Bentley is the Administrative/Intake Manager at Centurion Trial Attorneys. Patricia graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a major in Psychology and a concentration in Therapeutic and Community Interventions. Patricia’s passion and drive to help others was inspired from her classes and the work she did with Effectual Education Consulting Services. Once she learned more about the field of labor and employment law, she was inspired to contribute.

Autumn is the Executive Assistant to Ryan Stygar. Originally from Oregon, she pursued her dream of living in California after graduating. Autumn finds immense fulfillment in working alongside a successful and passionate employment lawyer, contributing to meaningful legal work that positively impacts people’s lives.
